Boy, if I had a quarter every time someone ‘confessed’ this to me, it would have payed for the African mission trip I so desperately want to go on.
Why is it so difficult to take, at the most, 3 minutes out of one’s day to do something that we all know is a huge benefit to one’s oral and (now scientifically proven) general health?
Take a few minutes to consider how long it takes you to do some of the following:

Put your make-up on

Straighten or ‘do’ your hair

Have a cigarette

Stand in line or sit in the drive through at Tim’s

Watch (how many?) commercials during your favourite TV program
